Mary Beth has been a part of our community for over four decades. She has been an active member of the business community, the service community, and has donated thousands of hours of her time in helping to make Dothan a better place to live for all citizens.

Whomever is elected commissioner of District 5 will be the first woman ever elected as a Dothan City Commissioner. However, Mary Beth is no stranger to being the first woman to be a leader. She was also the Dothan Rotary Club's first female president.

Her leadership and planning skills will work hand in hand with her desire to improve education, increase jobs, and build a better Dothan. She has been working tirelessly to help secure Ft. Rucker's future in the Wiregrass. She has contacted all of our state legislatures, congress members, senate members, as well as reaching out to the national representatives that are not from our state, but who are leadership powers in congress and the senate. She's attended public meetings as well as having spoken at public meetings to address the issue of keeping Ft. Rucker the world's most recognized rotary winged center in the world.

Her unwavering energy, passion, and knowledge are driving her effort to help secure Dothan's future.

Her decision to seek the office of commissioner of District 5 in Dothan Alabama was made based on her continued desire to work toward making life better in our community. Her ability to help people find jobs and her caring heart and business sense make her an excellent candidate to be a commissioner.

Mary Beth and her husband Kent live in Cottage Park with their children. She works at Personnel Resources also located within District 5. Mary Beth is an active member of Wiregrass Church, board of trustees chair for Wiregrass United Way, a member of the Region 10 Workforce Committee, and many other service organizations such as past board member for the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce, past board member for the Wiregrass Children's Home, past board member for the American Heart Association, and she is a graduate of Troy University with honors as well as a Dothan Small Business Person of the Year finalist.

Mary Beth has run a clean, positive campaign - You would be well served to give Mary Beth Reynolds every consideration for your vote on this Tuesday. She will be an excellent District 5 commissioner.
