Mattress Fire on South County Road 8 on Gordon

HOUSTON COUNTY:  Multiple Fire units from Gordon, Pansey, Lucy and Ashford responded to a report of a structure fire at 8178 County road 8. The first unit on scene advised nothing visible. Reports are a mattress was on fire and possibly set by a juvenile. Gordon is advising the fire is out and has requested an investigator to respond. Houston County Sheriff’s Office responded along with an ambulance.  All other responding unit not on the scene were cancelled by Gordon Fire...
