Montgomry Man Charged with Attempted Theft of Property

 On March 15, 2013 at approximately 2:45 a.m. Houston County Sheriff's Office (Patrol Division) observed a suspicious person running from a local business on U.S. Hwy West (Ray Dean Farm Equipment) while conducting a close patrol of the local business.

The deputy caught the individual and detained Chris Bibb a 24 year old male of Montgomery Al. and conducted a preliminary investigation with Houston County Sheriff's Investigator.

After the investigation was concluded and with the recovery of evidence that showed the attempt to steal a tractor trailer truck from Ray Dean Farm Equipment, Chris Bibb was charged with Attempted Theft of Property 1^st and taken to the Houston County Jail and held on a 2,500.00 bond.
