More About FBI Search Warrant On Dothan Whatley Drive Residence

 DOTHAN:    Last week RSN found the FBI and Dothan Police on a search of a Whatley Drive home in Dothan Alabama. 


The search was the home of Theodore Hudson.


A complaint filed by the U.S Future's Trading Commission is alledging a fraudulant currency trading scheme. The scheme alleged by the Federal Government was alleged to have been conducted by companies owned by Nevada businessman Hasam Tayeg. Dothan's Theodore Hudson is also named as a defendant.


The allegations are the defendants are not registed with the U.S. Future's Trading Commission, and the scheme has resulted in more than $ 8 million dollars of illegal off-exhange transactions.


The scheme is operated via internet.


Hudson opened a business called Monex. He later disolved that corporation.


The federal agency continues their investigation.
