WDHN has a very sad story of a dog that died after being senselessly shot with a bow and arrow. With little hope for survival a couple had to made the agonizing decision to part with their family pet.  WDHN has pictures of the animal after it was shot.  It certainly tells a sad story.  The person guilty should face harsh consequences.
