There are emails coming from my email account that I am stranded in London United Kingdom and need $ 1650.00. This is a hoax and not true.

Well, other than I always need $ 1650.00, but I am stranded in Dothan and not in london United Kingdom!!!

I apologize for the emails but what do you do? My email account is wiped out with no messages in it and yesterday there were 250 messages in the account. I am changing the password.
