Napier Field Man Charged with Second Degree Theft of Property

On March 18, 2014 the Dothan Police Department responded to the 900 block of Commons Drive in reference to a theft in progress complaint.


 


Upon arrival, officers made contact with the suspect, Justin Wallace and an employee of the Belks department store. The employee explained how Wallace entered the business and attempted to leave with over $800 in merchandise without paying. The employee approached and detained Wallace outside of the business prior to the officer’s arrival.


 


Justin Wallace was arrested and charged with second degree theft of property, bringing this case to a close.


 



  • Justin Lee Wallace, white male, 29 years of age, of Napier Field, Alabama was arrested and charged with second degree Theft of Property. A bond amount was set at $2,500. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
