MACON COUNTY: Victoryland wants the over $ 200,000.00 cash and electronic bingo machines returned. Your Alabama Attorney General, Luther Strange, wants to keep them until he completes the appeal.
Attorney Joe Espy is asking the court to return the cash and machines while Strange appeals the verdict of the Montgomery County Circuit Court. Strange, who has appealed the ruling of the court, objects.
Strange failed to establish the raid and seizure as "legal". Strange failed to prove to a morale certainty that electronic bingo played in Macon County was illegal. Therefore the forced entry to Victoryland, forced taking of the electronic bingo machines and the taking of over $ 200,000.00 cash becomes illegal.
NOTE TO THE COURT SYSTEM AND PUBLIC
When you ask about the court system being broke and your being understaffed. The answer lies in Montgomery Alabama with a numbskull for Governor and Attorney General.
WHEN... JUST WHEN are they going to quit wasting money on the electronic bingo and allow the people of Alabama to vote on this issue.
You know, in the capital city of Montgomery, murder after murder. This weekend there was another murder.
And the focus of the two numbskull’s that are so called leaders of Alabama, Robert Bentley and Luther Strange, is electronic bingo and Confederate Flags.
What a waste!
