OCSO ARRESTS FORT WALTON BEACH MAN ON MULTIPLE COUNTS OF

Deputies with the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Fort Walton Beach man Tuesday
afternoon after students were able to see him masturbating near a school bus stop on Racetrack Road. Two women reported spotting the man, later identified as 39-year old John Earl Eutzy of 226 Coral Drive, masturbating behind the Texaco Gas station at 306 Racetrack Road at the same time children were getting off a nearby school bus. Six of those students, ages eleven to fourteen, also say they witnessed the act, as well as Eutzy approaching juveniles with a knife.
A father of one of the victims confronted Eutzy. Eutzy is charged with six counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition on a juvenile under the age of sixteen. No knife was located during a search of Eutzy and the nearby area. Deputies however say Eutzy was carrying his
keys between his fingers.
