MONTGOMERY:  Alabama Governor Bob Riley is "fighting" mad over lawsuit by State Representative Alvin Holmes lawsuit.  The suit stems to Governor Riley's no bid $ 13 million dollar contract to someone - somewhere other than Alabama.

Riley defends that no one in Alabama is capable and smart enough to handle computer issues and we must send it to someone in Virginia.

Before Riley returned to Alabama to run for Governor he was serving as a U.S. Representative from Alabama in Washington. Oh, is Virginia right there at WAshington D.C.?
