Olivia Reynolds Is Being Released On Appeal Bond

HOUSTON COUNTY:    A week ago Tuesday Twentieth a Judicial Circuit Court Judge Mike Conaway ordered 64 year old Olivia Reynolds into the custody of Houston a County a Sheriff Department. Reynolds was in court to be sentenced on the conviction of 24 counts of voter fraud.


Judge Conaway sentenced Reynolds to a 5 year split sentence with 2 years to serve. Judge Conaway ordered Reynolds in custody and motions could be filed for an appeal bond. Judge Conaway set a probation hearing in 30 days.


Attorney Chris Capps filed a motion for appeal bond. Late yesterday Judge Conaway set $ 1,000.00 bonds on each of the 24 counts.


Today Windell McGriff of A - Advantage Bonding signed the bonds. Mrs. Reynolds will be released from Houston County Jail sometime this afternoon.
