BALDWIN COUNTY AL:    Today Joseph and I are traveling to a meeting in Mobile. As we came into Baldwin County on Interstate 10 traffic is re-routed.

We have found out two inmates working along the interstate have been struck by a vehicle. One inmate is reported dead and one is in critical condition. We could not see the scene from where the detour is.

The west bound lanes of I-10 in Baldwin County are closed and traffic is detoured onto other roads.
