Operation Cagney and Lacer Narcotics Investigation

A two-year joint narcotics operation in south Okaloosa County has led to the recent arrests of at least 17 individuals. Additional arrests are pending. Many of the wanted individuals were rounded up this week.

“Operation Cagney & Lazer” was spearheaded by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and involved the Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Marshals Office, OCSO Fugitive Task Force and OCSO K9 Units.

The operation targeted primarily mid-level and street level dealers involved in an ongoing narcotics campaign to distribute, sell, and purchase cocaine and other drugs.

To date investigators have seized a kilo of cocaine, thousands of dollars in cash, and a firearm.

3.       29-year old Brittany Deanne Tillery of 616 3^rd Avenue in Destin – Same charges.

4.       39-year old Eric Norgaard of 4090 Dancing Cloud Ct. in Destin – Same charges.

5.       39-year old James Sherman Jarrett of 131 Bayou View Dr. in Fort Walton Beach – Same charges.

6.       30-year old Shannah Hagler of 203 Honeytree Lane in Fort Walton Beach – Same charges.

7.       39-year old Shawn Florence of 105 4^th Ave. in Fort Walton Beach – Same charges – no mugshot yet available.

8.       42-year old David Camacho of 524 Sibert Ave. in Destin – Same charges. Booked in Walton County.

9.       33-year old Adam Burke of 190 Tropical Breeze, Santa Rosa Beach – Conspiracy to traffic in excess of 14 grams of Hydrocodone, Conspiracy to possess a controlled substance (cocaine), Illegal use of a Two Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony. Booked in Walton County.

10.   40-year old Francisca Cousins of 115 Air Force Street in Fort Walton Beach – Distribution and/or delivery of cocaine within 1000 Feet of a School.

11.   33-year old Christopher Darby of 210 Pelham Road in Fort Walton Beach – Trafficking in excess of 400 Grams of Cocaine, Possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of a firearm and/or ammunition by a convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

12.   39-year old James Jarrett of 131 Bayou Drive in Fort Walton Beach – Conspiracy to Traffic in Excess of 14 Grams of Hydrocodone, Illegal Use of a Two Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony,

13.   54-year old Eugene Klamer of 2248 Paloma Street in Navarre – Conspiracy to Possess a Controlled Substance (cocaine), Illegal Use of a Two Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony.

14.   34-year old James Maurice Reed of 1828 Pointed Leaf Lane in Fort Walton Beach – Trafficking in Cocaine In Excess of 28 Grams, Illegal Use of a Two Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony.

15.   40-year old Eddie Stokes, Jr. of 1325 Blueberry Lane in Fort Walton Beach – Conspiracy to Traffic in Excess of 28 Grams of Cocaine, Illegal Use of a Two Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony.

16.   36-year old Amanda Walker of 618 Gap Creek Drive in Fort Walton Beach – Conspiracy to Possess Cocaine, Illegal Use of a Two Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony.

17.   26-year old Dillan Touchton of 147 Brooks Street in Fort Walton Beach – Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

18.   33-year old Kenton Crist of 147 Brooks Street in Fort Walton Beach – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
