Ozark Woman Charged with Degree Theft of Property

On March 27, 2013 the Dothan Police Department responded to the Cannon gas station located at 854 N. Oates Street, in reference to a theft complaint involving an employee. Upon arrival, officers were advised that an internal investigation was started on Andrea Clark after management suspected she was taking money from the business. Investigators say between February 26, 2013 and March 26, 2013 Clark sold items to customers but would put the money from the transaction into her purse instead of the register. Andrea Clark was arrested and charged with first degree Theft of Property bringing this case to a close.


 Andrea Nichole Clark, black female, 29 years of age, of Ozark, Alabama was arrested and charged with first degree Theft of Property. The bond has been set at $5,000. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
