Ozart Man Arrested for Electronic Solicitation of a Child

On March 5, 2013 the Dothan Police Department Juvenile Investigative Division made a felony arrest following an ongoing investigation. Due to the sensitive nature of the case limited details are being released however police say Robert Sitz was arrested and charged with Electronic Solicitation of a Child.                

 

 

 

• Robert Lewis Sitz, white male, 66 years of age, Ozark, Alabama was arrested and charges with Electronic Solicitation of a child. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
