PANAMA CITY BEACH — Not every person being arrested for having alcohol on the Beach is your stereotypical, bright-eyed college student wearing a sideways neon hat that exclaims #YOLO.


Some are older adults. Some are locals. Some are parents. A common thread for those being taken to jail for a violation seems to be a willful defiance of the beach alcohol ban, arrest records indicate.
