Panama City Man Found In Freezer

The victim has been identified as 80-year-old Raymond Gsell. Bay County Sheriff's Deputies discovered his body this morning in a freezer at Gsell's home on West 27th Court.

Murder charges have been filed against two people: 47-year-old Judy Lynn Gsell -- the victim's wife -- and Dawn Ruthann Ross, who turned twenty-seven Friday.
