Panama City Man Killed In Washington County Crash

A 2004 Chrysler Sebring was traveling North bound on County Road 284. The vehicle entered a curved portion of the roadway. The driver was unable to negotiate the curve causing the vehicle to travel across the South bound lane and then onto the West shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle then traveled onto private property subsequently striking a large tree with the front of the vehicle. As a result of this crash, the driver was ejected from the vehicle and came to final rest on the West shoulder of the roadway with fatal injuries. The vehicle pivoted around the impact with the tree and came to final rest on the North side of the tree facing South. The driver has been identified as Kyle Lewis Livingston, 19, of Panama City, Florida.
