Pansey Man Arrested on Theft Charges

On April 9th, 2015 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent investigation involving employee theft.
Investigators say Timothy Boggess was arrested after it was discovered that between October 2014 and April 2015, he took over $2,700 in tools while employed with Tolleson Construction and used that company’s credit card on multiple occasions to make purchases without permission.
Boggess arrest now brings this case to a close.
- Timothy Weldon Boggess, white male, 54 years of age, of Pansey, Alabama was arrested and charged with First Degree Theft of Property and four counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. Bond amounts have been set and total $15,000.00.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
