Parrish Arrives With TREMENDOUS Support

DOTHAN: Dothan’s new Police Chief arrives in the position of Police Chief with a tremendous amount of support.
On Tuesday the Dothan Commission Chambers and the lobby of the Dothan Civic Center were packed. A closed circuit TV was set up in the lobby where the guests could view and hear the Commissioners.
It took forever to reach the appointment of Parrish on the Commission Agenda. But when the votes were cast, those inside the commission chambers and in the lobby gave Parrish a standing ovation.
The Dothan Police Department and Houston County Sheriff Department, Alabama State Troopers all have a tremendous amount of respect for Parrish. A respect Parrish has earned.
The residents that know Parrish respect him.
We welcome Parrish as he takes over the reigns on May 1.
