PART 4 Full Courtroom Testimony Under Oath In Trial of Dothan Verses Rickey Stokes

DOTHAN:     Because I am in a legal tift with the City of Dothan, I have attempted to explain what is going on.


And I have attempted to be transparent in what is going on.


Municipal Courts are called "courts of no record". You do not see court reporters in a Municipal or District Court, unless the court reporter is hired by the defendant ( person charged with the offense ).


When the City of Dothan placed Rickey Stokes on trial on two counts of Unlawful Imprisonment, Rickey Stokes employed a Court Reporter. He wanted a true and correct transcript of the testimony in court.


See, Stokes has been involved in the legal system since 1977. There is absolutely nothing about Municipal Court concerning truth, justice, honesty or integrity. It is all about money. So Stokes hired a court reporter to lock people down to their testimony under oath.


Ironically, Stokes hired the court reporter. But Len White and Joe Herring used Dothan money and purchased a copy of the transcripts. But they let Stokes pay for the court reporter being there.


Dothan did not hire a court reporter in the case of Amos Newsome and neither did Amos Newsome.


Well, I want you to be able to read the transcripts. Also pay close attention to the Len White/Joe Herring/Mike West hand picked Judge, this Carl Chamblee from Trussville.


He has to tell how great he is, how smart he is, how much legal knowledge he has, and how much experience he has. But he can not read the law to know how he has to be appointed.


But I am posting the trial transcripts so that you can read the entire trial.
