Persecution of Former Houston County Commissioner Begins Monday - Ronnie Gilley Star Witness

HOUSTON COUNTY:    The Luther Strange persecution of former Houston County a commissioner Bobby Snellgrove gets underway Mondway morning before Circuit Judge Brad Mendheim.

The Snellgrove indictment is for allegations that Snellgrove used his position as Houston County Commissioner for personal gain. The allegations are Snellgrove was paid $ 214,122.00 for security services and $ 6087.20 for port-a-potties.

Snellgrove's son Mark did have security services there. while grossed $ 214,122.00 for security guards, that does not mean Snellgrove profited that money. You still have to pay security guards for perform the services.

And with the $ 6,087.20 for port-a-potty service, well to be blunt, someone has to suck the crap froms the port-a-potty after they are used.

Luther has moved his star witness from an Atlanta Federal a prison to the Houston County Jail. Arriving May 7 according to the Houston a County Jail web site, Ronnie Gilley Is in the Houston County Jail. Gilley is being housed to testify against Snellgrove.

Luther’s boys are using transcripts and information from the failed 2010 cases the Federal Government used against Milton McGregor. High powered Washington bureaucrats came to Montgomery and twice used the same evidence and star witness, and failed.

Snellgrove is being prosecuted by Luther’s Montgomery boys. Snellgrove is being represented by Joey Sheffield. Sheffield reminds of a young Matlock who has a reputation of leaving no stone unturned.

The persecution witness list includes Ronine Gilley, Attorney General "Special Agent" James Murray, Mark Snellgrove, Mark Sheldon, Ashton Brunson Parris of Enterprise, Donna Clayton of Montgomery, Regions Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Alabama Power company Emplove Credit Union, Fox Metcalf Fleming of Enterprise, Jimmy Kilgore - Retired a Dothan and Enterprise public utilities and current Houston County School Board Member, Eddie Sorrells of DSI Security, Hugh Evans of the Alabama "useless" Ethics Commission, Mallory McCuthen of Spanish Fort Alabama, Tribute Federal Credit Union - Greg Ryan, Troy Bank and Trust, Sunsouth - Annette Lourich, Houston Commission, Cellco - Verizon Wireless, City of Dothan Business License and Custodian of Records Alabama Secretary of State.

The defense witnesses listed are Houston County Commissioner Doug Sinquefield, David Harrison - former attorney for Ronnie Gilley, Captain Antonio Gonzalez of Houston County Sheriff Department, Mark Culver - Chairman of Houston County Commission.
