PINCKARD:     26 Central dispatched multiple fire engines to a structure fire in Pinckard this morning. The fire was on Ranah Drive.

When fire engines arrived the structure was fully engulfed in fire. Fireman worked to get the fire under control.

The structure was a complete loss. No one was home at the time of the fire.

American Red Cross was called to the scene to assist the homeowners with immediate needs.

Responding to the fire, Pinckard Volunteer Fire, Midland City Volunteer Fire, Newton Volunteer Fire and Daleville Volunteer Fire. Dale County Rescue responded. One was transported with smoke inhalation.

Pinckard Police and Newton Police were on the scene.
