Plane Crash in Georgia that Killed Three People

Federal investigators are on the scene of a Saturday afternoon plane crash in Georgia that killed three people. Atlanta-area media have reported the aircraft left Panama City just hours before the crash; however, News 13 has not been able to confirm those reports.


According to Kathleen Bergen, a spokesperson for the Federal Aviation Administration, the twin-engine Beechcraft Baron (N36638) crashed at the LaGrange-Callaway Airport at 2:20 p.m.
