Police Respond to a 911 call at the Bee Line Motel

Dothan Police responded to a 911 call at the Bee Line motel on North Oates. Reports are a male subject called 911 and told the dispatcher he was armed and threaten to shoot any first responder that came through the door. Police are on the scene and are making contact with the person by phone.
Police have spoken to the subject; police are very familiar with the individual and have cleared the call. Reports are the subject has mental issues. With the recent violence agaist Lwa Enforcement Police are high alert and have to keep their guard up at all times.
