Severe Storms Possible Sunday An initial round of mainly moderate to heavy rain will clear out early Sunday morning, setting the stage for redevelopment of storms during the day on Sunday. Some may be severe. •Main hazards: damaging wind gusts and isolated tornadoes. 



Heavy Rainfall Likely Saturday Night to Sunday Rain will initially move into the area on Saturday Night and continue into Sunday morning. A second round of thunderstorms is expected on Sunday. Lingering rain is possible on Monday and Tuesday. Overall, 2.5 to 3.5 inches of rain on average is expected over much of the area.
