Possible Traffic Light Malfunctions

Today we were advised that a few traffic lights were malfunctioning and some were still not operational. USE CAUTION!!!!


Please remind your audiences of using the "4 Way Stop" method when approaching unmanned intersections, normally controlled by traffic devices.
