DOTHAN and DALE COUNTY: Earlier tonight Dothan Fire and EMS responded to South Saint Andrews Street to where a 56 year old male was not breathing and CPR in progress.
Moments ago Echo Rescue was dispatched to Canterbury Farms in reference to a person not breathing.
These are just two field medical units who have had to work to save lives. One has already responded and transported to the hospital. I do not know at this time what GOD’S will was.
The second is responding to the scene as this article is written.
But lift up in prayer, the 911 operators, law enforcement, fire and EMS, and the hospital staff and doctors. It is all a team effort in order to save lives.
And tonight, in Dothan and in Dale County, the paid and volunteers are working to save lives.
I support public safety and emergency responders, paid and volunteer. Their dedication to drop what they are doing and risk their lives in order to save others.
It begins in the 911 Center. From there they calm the caller, step them through emergency medical steps, and roll the necessary equipment and personnel in order to save lives. Most often, we only know the names of the leaders of the agencies, and not the Indians doing the work.
