Yesterday President Obama’s 2009 Education Road Tour made a stop in Montgomery and Shorter Alabama. The two main guest speakers were Newt Gingrich (former speaker of house) and Al Sharpton. Some of the other special guest included Mayor of Tuskegee Omar Neal, Mayor of Montgomery Todd Strange, the Honorable Fred Gray, Greg Calhoun (Calhoun Enterprises) and Mr. Milton McGregor ( Owner of Victor Land. Over one hundred people attended the luncheon in the New Oasis Hotel.
