On October 27, 2009 at approximately 4:00 p.m. the Houston County Sheriff's Office assisted by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Kinsey Police Department executed a search warrant at 832 Broad St. Kinsey, Al. and recovered evidence on a clandestine methamphetamine lab and approximately 4 pounds of methamphetamine in a concentrated solution (meth oil) contained in 20 ounce bottles with a street value of $200,000.00.

          The Houston County Sheriff's Office charged Jennifer Lynn Ferraro a 34 year old female of Kinsey, Al. with Trafficking in Methamphetamine and for Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) with a bond of $100,000.00 on each charge.
