Press Release on last Nights Deadly Motor vehicle Crash on the Circle

On October 22, 2014 at approximately 8:36 pm, the Dothan Police Department responded to the 1800 block of Ross Clark Circle after receiving information of a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Third Avenue.
Investigators with the Dothan Police Department’s Traffic Division responded to the scene. The two vehicles involved were a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu and a 2011 Ford F150 Quad Cab. Due to the severity of the wreck, four adult females were extracted from the vehicles and transported to the Southeast Alabama Medical Center.
In the early morning hours of October 23, 2014, one of the occupants of the Chevrolet Malibu, Virginia Henry of Dothan, Alabama, succumbed to injuries she sustained during the crash.
The Dothan Police Department would like to express its condolences to the family of Virginia Henry in their time of loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with all parties involved in this tragedy.
