Press Release on Last Nights Robbery in Dothan

On February 26, 2013 the Dothan Police Department responded to an armed robbery at The Honeysuckle Convenience store located at 653 Honeysuckle Road.  Upon arrival, an employee stated that two black males wearing all black clothing entered the store at approximately 9:51 p.m. with one of the subjects carrying a handgun. The suspects ordered the employee to open the cash register and safe, at which time they both removed an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency from both locations. The suspects then fled the area in an unknown direction. Investigators responded to the scene and were able to view surveillance video evidence which matched the description given by the employee.

 

Police are asking anyone with information about the case or identity of the suspect to call the Dothan Police Department or CrimeStoppers at 334-793-7000.
