DOTHAN POST – A three-vehicle crash at 3:30 p.m. Friday, May 27, has claimed two lives and injured five others. Amanda Hardy, 31, of Ariton and Wyatt Hardy, 29, of Ozark were both killed when the 2015 Chevrolet Suburban in which they were passengers made contact with a 2003 Chevrolet truck traveling in the same direction causing them to cross the median and collide with a 2003 Provost motor home.
The driver and two other passengers in the Suburban, along with the driver and passenger of the motor home, were injured and transported to a local hospital.
The crash occurred on U.S. 231 at the one mile marker, one mile south of Madrid.
Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
