Purse Snatching In Parking Lot Of Red Lobster

DOTHAN:  Dothan Communications dispatched officers to Montgomery Highway and Retail Drive to a purse snatching. The responding units were advised to be on the lookout for a green vehicle, last seen southbound on Montgomery Highway.

When the officer arrived he advised to update the lookout for a bald black male driving a late model Chevrolet Malibu. The vehicle was last seen southbound on Montgomery Highway.

The purse snatching occured in the parking lot of Red Lobster. The black male suspect did not get out of the vehicle when he snatched the purse.

Anyone with any information is urged to call Dothan Police Department.

Dothan Police is investigating and on the scene at this time.
