We are offering the Real Estate Licensing course, presented via Mark Yarbrough & Associates Real Estate School, at our location for a temporary period of time!

 

So if you know of someone that might enjoy a career in selling homes, a retired person or a young person looking for direction, or someone who has recently began looking for new work, please forward this email to that special person!

 

Where:           3265 Ross Clark Circle Dothan, AL 36303

When:            You can start ANY Monday or Thursday and the course will meet 

                      on those two nights, from 6 to 10pm, for 8 weeks

How Much:      Tuition $299, books $41....total $340

 

Once a student completes the 8 week course, they then take the State Multiple Choice Licensing Exam, if they pass with a 70, they are in!

 

Student must be 19 years of age, HS diploma or an equivalency, no criminal related felonies
