Rep. Paul Lee Complaints Send Former Attorney Back To Prison

WDHN's Ken Curtis reports that former Dothan attorney turned inmate Mitch McNab will be back in a state prison this week. Ken reported yesterday that McNab served only eight days at Kilby Correctional Facility before being sent to a county jail in north Alabama. 


There are conflicting stories about why this is done but, thanks to complaints by Rep. Lee, Governor Bentley got involved and that led to McNab's return to Kilby.
