Report: Traffic offenses against Headland officer will be dismissed

WDHN's Ken Curtis is reporting four traffic citations filed against a Headland police officer will be dismissed in the near future. Sergeant Tony Smith had the citations filed by a man who he issued a ticket to for failing to stop at a stop sign. 


The officer's attorney, John White, and Headland Police Chief Mark Jones said Joshua Luther obtained the citations in an act of retaliation.  However, Luther said he is only trying to do the right thing.
