Resolution Passed Alabama Senate - Now Goes To House In Reference Chuck Poland

MONTGOMERY:   Alabama Senator Harri Anne Smith passed a resolution 35 to 0 in honor of Charles Albert Poland, also known as "Chuck".

The resolution is co-sponsored by all Alabama Senators. From the Senate the resolution will go to the Alabama House where it will be introduced in the Alabama House.

Senator Smith also asked for a moment of silence in honor of Mr. Poland.
