Sandy Meekins Fund Raiser

In the wake of the tragic death of Sandy Meekins, there will be a lunch plate fundraiser to help the remaining family raise money for expenses. Lunch plates consisting of BBQ pulled pork, baked beans, potato salad, roll, desert and drink will be available for purchase for $7 per plate. The fund raiser will take place on Sunday the 29th of November, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Graceville Civic Center. The plates will be sold and paid for on a first come first serve basis at the covered pavilion on the South side of the Civic Center on Hwy 77 across from Vanity Fair. Donations can also be made at People’s Bank in Graceville, which will be deposited in the “Sandy Meekins Memorial Fund”.
The Graceville Police Department and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office support this cause and would like the community’s assistance in helping to raise funds for this family during their tragic time.
