A second teen has been charged in the shooting death of a 22-year-old man in Birmingham killed during what police say was a drug transaction.

Dominic Keeth, 19, is charged with capital murder during a robbery of marijuana, according to court records recently made public. He is charged in the Nov. 16 slaying of Tramone Mitchell. Mitchell was one of two men found shot inside a green 2006 BMW just before 6:30 p.m. outside an apartment complex near the intersection of Cotton Avenue Southwest and 13th Street. A 15-year-old boy is already charged in the case.
