See Stokes Outside City Jail After Arrest Warrants Issued

As mentioned in a prior article, arrest warrants were issued for me, Rickey Stokes, in what is another case of retaliation by the people in charge of the city's legal system. They tried this one time before and failed miserably and they will do so this time.
