Semi Runs Off Road at Big Creek Bridge

HOUSTON COUNTY: Rehobeth Rescue and Madrid Fire was Dispatched to a Wreck on US 231 at Big Creek Bridge. The driver of the wreck wa able to escape without injury. The driver stated he had just left the Alabama Welcome Center and the truck sudenly pulled hard to the right causing the semi to cross both North Bound lanes and through the median and across both South bound lanes then over the edge down into the woods.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation by the Alabama State Troopers.
