Following the article I posted about the Semi truck overturning and catching on fire, I received this email (original article below):

Hey Marty I just saw the post about the turned over log truck. I received the text below yesterday morning from one of my best friends. Didnt know if you wanted to know who pulled the man out of the truck.

Jonathan and daddy were on their way to car sale in Pensacola this am and came up on a semi log truck that had wrecked, Jonathan helped get the man out of truck right before it exploded!!! He prayed with the guy and fire and rescue arrived. Thank God for his precious timing.

A 1993 International truck was traveling West on County Road 2. For unknown reasons, the log truck drifted onto the northern shoulder. Due to the truck being loaded with logs, the driver was unsucessful in his attempt to recover the vehicle on the uneven ground. The truck then rolled onto it’s side and came to final rest facing West on the northern shoulder of westbound County Road 2 where it became engulfed in flames. The driver of the truck was pulled from the burning vehicle by an unknown passerby.

The driver of the truck, Michael Ray Curry, 45, of Defuniak Springs, Florida, was Seriously Injured in the crash and was transported to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. The crash is under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.
