GREEN COUNTY:   “Deputize all the men you need”

State Senator Bobby Singleton told the Green County Sheriff to deputize men in order to stop Task Force Commander John Tyson in a warrantless search of the electronic bingo facility in Green County.

The Senator surrounded by Green County officials said the task force would be met with resistance from the community.

Tyson earlier called on the facility to shut down. The Green County Sheriff sent a message to Governor Riley and John Tyson to stay out of Green County.

This could be a show down.  The show down could get nasty and bloody in Green County.

Many members of the Alabama State Troopers, Alabama Bureau of Investigation and Alabama Beverage Control Board have been embarrassed to the actions they have been forced to do in the raids and surveillance of electronic bingo. The officers have no choice but to follow orders and Murphy does not have the backbone to tell the Governor and Tyson enough is enough.

Tyson and Riley have not touched the Indian casinos. They have not touched the cruise ships where Tyson serves as District Attorney.
