Federal Judge Mark Fuller handed down Don Siegleman's sentencing at the Federal Courthouse in Montgomery this afternoon. Judge Fuller has sentenced Siegleman to 78 Months (6 1/2 Years) in Prison. Judge Fuller also sentenced Siegleman to pay a $50,000.00 fine, 500 hours of Community Service, and 3 years of supervised release after he is released form prison.

Siegleman's sentencing comes after he was accused of being guilty of bribery, conspiracy, and other crimes. Siegleman will get credit for the months he has already served.Siegleman has already served approximately 9 months of his original 7 year sentence in prison.
