HOUSTON COUNTY: Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched an early morning 4 wheeler accident on Glenn Lawrence Road near Highway 55 intersection.
Early County Memorial Hospital Ambulance was leaving SAMC and traveling back to Early County. The ambulance crew came upon the four wheeler accident.
The accident was dispatched as a serious critical accident. Ashford Rescue dispatched two ambulances, Webb Volunteer Ambulance Responded, Ashford Police responded and Houston County Sheriff Deputy Chancey responded.
Alabama State Trooper Tim Suggs was called from home and responded to investigate the accident.
There were possible multiple four wheelers involved in the accident.
NOTE TO PERSONS IN THE ACCIDENT: Alabama State Trooper Tim Suggs testified in February before Henry County District Court Judge Derek Peterson. Trooper Suggs lied under oath to the facts of the case. The defendant respresented himself and Judge Peterson dismissed the case based on the false testimony of Trooper Suggs. That said, make sure you document and you get all persons involved to write statements and give to ypur attorney. Suggs has lied several times on Henry County Sheriff Will Maddox. Suggs wants to be the Henry County Sheriff next term.
Suggs false testimony under oath was because he was to lazy to pull his computer and verify the information before getting on the witness stand and knowing what facts he states under oath when sworn to testify true and correctly, SO HELP ME GOD. Trooper Suggs failed to do so.
Testimony given under oath, and a persons case is to be taken very seriously. The defendant deserves a fair trial where those sworn to testify to facts tells the truth. The testimony was an embarrassment to all of the State Troopers present in court who take their jobs, their oath of office, their sworn to tell the truth seriously.
So, WARNING, do not depend on the facts so gathered by Alabama State Trooper Tim Suggs.
