Dothan: Keith Brown, a carpenter with the city's General Services Department was recognized and presented with a certificate of recognition at today's city commission. Both City Manager West and Brown's supervisor, Larry Muench, General Services Directo,r were complimentary of the work Brown and his associates did, allowing the city to do many city projects internally without the need for outsourcing.
