Several Henry County and Ozark Accidents

HENRY COUNTY:   Several Henry County and Ozark accidents this morning.


Around 5:36 AM in the Tumbleton area of Henry County there was an accident where a vehicle was reported to have struck a cow and overturned. The driver was entrapped. Haleburg Rescue responded to the scene of the accident and transported the victim to a Dothan hospital.


Around 6:05 AM Headland Rescue and Echo Rescue responded to a motorcycle accident on Henry County 27 and County Road 89. A 35 year old male was reported to have lost control and wrecked. The injuries were not life threatening.


Around 6:39 AM Ozark Police were on the scene of a wreck involving two semi trucks on 231 in front of the Aviation College in Ozark. Ozark Fire and Ozark Rescue responded. There was major damage reported to one of the tractors. Reports are one struck the other in the rear. Ozark Police called for the street department to respond to the scene with some sand because of anti freeze on the roadway.
