Strong storms are expected in the area this afternoon and tonight. Monday an Elba teenager was struck by lightning next to his car. He was treated at a Dothan hospital and has since been released. This is a reminder that lightning strikes can happen to anyone, anytime durring bad weather. Use caution if you have to be outside durring a storm.
