SHOOTING IN DALE COUNTY UPDATE @ 10:50 PM

At about 3:40 Ozark Dale County 911 Received phone calls of a man on the bus with a gun. Seconds later they received notification the school bus driver had been shot. Shots were fired four times. Children were seen running up and down the road from the bus. The gunman is reported to have taken at least one child hostage.

The gunman is reported to have called 911 and is supposed to be held up in some kind of bunker with the child. Multiple SWAT teams and agencies are on the scene. We are being very limited on the information we are providing because the operation is ongoing.

The situation is continuing in Dale County. Should the man who is holding the child read this, the mother of the child cares for you and wants you to please surrender peacefully and protect her child. She loves her child very much.  The mother desires for this peacefully both for you and your child.
